Main Floor Tables (Tables 24-31, 33-54)
Members $175.00, Non-Members $225.00
Side Tables (Tables 2, 4-9, 12-17, 19-21)

Premium Tables (Tables 1, 3, 18, 22, 23, 32)

Non-Members who join Wellness Connections ($60 annual dues) when registering
will be eligible for the member discount.
Electricity is available at all tables, must bring your own extension cord.
(Minimum 50′ recommended )
Tables are reserved on a first paid/first reserved basis. Early registration means more choice of locations. Once your table is reserved, there are no refunds, unless a replacement vendor is secured. A Vendors’ meeting will be scheduled for early December 2011. Vendors must attend or send a representative to this meeting.
