A Four Week Foundation Course  on Raja Yoga Meditation (for beginners)

July 5th  to  July 26th  on four Tuesdays,
from 6:00 – 8:00 pm  at 7319 N. Fourth St, Fresno

The course provides a basic understanding of ancient Raja Yoga and the method of meditation. You will learn techniques to reduce stress, increase clarity in thinking, and acquire stability & peace of mind. There is no charge.  Please register by July 3rd, 2011. You must register to attend, so we have enough supplies.  Class size is limited to 12.

Tom and Joan are practitoners and teachers of several types of energy work: Reiki, Karuna Reiki, FAC (Flow Alignment Connection), PACE (Physical Atomic Cellular Evolution), Building the Golden Body.
